I am a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC) with 20 years of experience working with people. I offer personalized coaching and consulting services, including individual coaching, couples/relationship coaching, and business coaching.

My services are designed to help you directly address anything holding you back from the life, relationships, or business/career of your dreams.

Over the last 20 years in my career in mental health and coaching, I have worked with thousands of clients, specializing in a relationship-focused approach.

All of us experience times in life where we need to reach out to a seasoned professional to help navigate the highs and lows of life. Sometimes all we see around us are locked doors preventing us from leveling up.

I am a native to Baltimore, MD (Go Ravens!) and moved to the NKY/Cincinnati area in 2003. I am a father to two boys who are my world. I enjoy camping, hiking, fitness, reading, and gaming. When I’m not working with people, you can find me tinkering around with my Jeep.

I spent almost 17 years as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) before boldly making the transition into coaching/consulting.

Lastly, as an ENFJ and a 2 on the Enneagram, I put a premium on relationships, especially the one with yourself.
