Over the last 20 years in my career in mental health and coaching, I have worked with thousands of clients, specializing in a relationship-focused approach.

My coaching services directly identify these locks and, through a collaborative approach, find the keys to unlock your next level. I am a native of Baltimore, MD (Go Ravens!!), and moved to the NKY/Cincinnati area in 2003. I am a father to two boys who are my world. I enjoy camping, hiking, fitness, reading, and gaming. For fun, I also bartend several times a week to hone the skill of CONVERSATION. When I’m not working with people, you can find me tinkering around with my Jeep.
