Work with Michael

Most men know something needs to change. They just haven’t had the right space to figure out what.

Below are three areas I work in. Most clients find that one leads naturally into another — but we always start where you are, not where you think you should be.

Individual/Life Coaching

A cozy meeting room with two mustard-colored armchairs facing each other, a potted plant in the center, and film clapperboards on the chairs. Two tall lamps stand on either side, and light filters through white curtains in the background.

"I've achieved everything I set out to. So why does it feel like I'm still waiting for my life to start?"

A lot of men come to life coaching not because they're failing — but because they've been succeeding at the wrong things for too long. Career moves made out of momentum. Habits built out of default. A version of yourself assembled around other people's expectations.

In our sessions, we cut through the noise. We look at what's actually driving your choices, where your energy is going, and whether the life you're building is one you actually want. Then we build a clearer path forward — with specifics, honest feedback, and real accountability.

This isn't about fixing you. It's about figuring out who you are when you stop performing for everyone else.

Relationship/Couples Coaching

Two people with reddish-brown and dark brown hair leaning their heads together in an urban or indoor setting with glass and brick walls.

"We're not fighting. We're just... not really there anymore. And neither of us knows how to fix it."

The distance didn't happen overnight. It built slowly — through unspoken frustrations, small withdrawals, patterns neither of you noticed until they became the default. Now you're either stuck in the same argument on repeat, or worse, you've stopped having it at all.

My approach goes beneath the presenting problem. Trained in the methods of Gottman, Terry Real, and Sue Johnson — some of the most rigorous research in the field — I work to find what's actually driving the disconnection, not just manage the symptoms of it.

We'll work on how you communicate, yes. But more than that, we'll work on what you're each actually trying to say — and why it keeps getting lost.

A lot of the men I work with came into their first session reluctant. Most of them wish they'd started sooner.

Business/Executive Coaching

Two people sitting on a wooden park bench, one showing something on a tablet to the other. One person is wearing a white shirt and a watch, the other is wearing a dark suit.

"I lead a team. I close deals. Nobody in my world is going to challenge me — and I think that's become a problem."

High performance has a ceiling you can't see until you've hit it. Most executives and founders don't lack drive or capability — they lack someone who will push back on them directly, hold up a mirror to their blind spots, and ask the question no one on their team is willing to ask.

That's what I do. Whether you're navigating a leadership transition, building a team that actually functions, trying to break through a growth plateau, or finally ready to launch the business you've been sitting on — we'll work through it with honesty and structure.

No vague frameworks. No feel-good language. Just clear thinking, hard questions, and real traction.
