For men…

….who are done pretending fine is enough.

Most men I work with don't show up with a speech. They show up with a feeling they can't quite name — that something's off in their relationship, their work, or just in themselves. They've been high-functioning for years. They're tired of it.

Here's what I hear most often:

"I love my partner, but we're not really connected anymore."
"I've achieved everything I set out to, and I'm still not satisfied."
"I don't know who I am outside of what I do."

Those aren't crises. They're signals. And they're worth taking seriously.

My coaching isn't soft. I won't tell you what you want to hear, and I won't let you stay comfortable in the stories that are keeping you stuck. What I will do is help you figure out what's actually going on — and what to do about it.

You don't need a reason polished enough to say out loud. You just need to show up.
